Product Description

Low Viscosity Oil Ultrafiltration Machine

This LV serial machines can be used for all industrial oils and marine lubricating oils with kinematic viscosity lower than 68cst (40℃). After its filtration, the oil can be reach Grade NAS 5-7, which can be used for equipment maintenance, old oil filtration, new oil filling, etc.. The oil change cycle of lubricating oil can be prolonged by 2-3 times. It also can reduce the failure rate of valve parts in the system of customers' site.

Working Principle 

The low-viscosity oil enters the coarse filter through the oil supply unit, and the coarse filter removes the large particles in the oil, then enters the ultra-filter for secondary fine filtration, and finally the oil returns to the target oil tank.
